Orders below $80 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $8. Orders of $80 or more are eligible for free shipping. The applicable charges are determined by the rules published at checkout and in the Shipping policy.

Products are dispatched from our overseas warehouse, transported internationally, and delivered to the designated shipping address within the United States after import customs clearance. The estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days, calculated from the time the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. This period does not include order processing time. Actual shipping times may be affected by customs inspections, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Under the applicable shipping arrangement, we cover the applicable taxes, customs duties, and import customs clearance charges associated with the products. Under normal circumstances, you will not need to pay additional import taxes or customs clearance charges after checkout.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Where applicable, the first 14 days are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, while the subsequent commercial return arrangements apply separately.
